Each member of the Council of Champions is equal in standing and each one is entitled to 1 Vote.
5. All decisions made pertaining to the use of GNN resources are to be made congruent with the above principles having received the majority of the votes on the allocation through Meetings convened in the presence of 2/3 majority of the Council. Members of the Council can be present physically or through any electronic or telecommunication means.
