I don't suppose I am a real Trekkie because I didn't care for the original Star Trek Show. I came on board with The Next Generation. I loved Data, Worf, Guinan sp.?, and Q.

Then there came Deep Space Nine with Dax and Kira. It was great when Worf joined the crew and he and Dax became an item. The last season wasn't the same without Dax. I think it was "Garak" who used to play "Frank" on one of my "old" favorite soaps, Ryan's Hope.

Then came Voyager. I love Neelix and Kes and of course Seven of Nine. Fairwell Voyager,Welcome Enterprise!

I also enjoy 2 other Gene Roddenberry productions- Earth:Final Conflict and the new Andromeda starring Kevin Sorbo. On EFC you have the Taelons, led by Da'an and Za'or, who came to earth with the promise of peace but they are really "here" on a mission of their own. Then you have the "double agents" of the Resistance Movement, Liam, Lilly, Augur, and Renee. Then there's Sandoval-who's side is he on anyway??? (his own)...and now the ATAVUS!

Andromeda has a somewhat reluctant crew who has joined Caption Dillan Hunt on his mission to restore the Commonwealth. One of his crew is Tyr, formally Noah Keefer of All My Children-you know, he married Julia, Mateo's sister hahhahha. Another crewmember is Trance, a young purple girl complete with tail, who comes off naive but is very smart. Andromeda is now in its second season so you still have the chance to "catch up" if you haven't been watching. Click HERE for "Andromeda wisdom". EFC will now be in its final season-boy does time fly!
...over 30 years of Star Trek-WE NEED MORE! Yes! ENTERPRISE! I can't wait!...well, Enterprise has received rave reviews but I really am not that impressed!
