Description:
Zhuge is of average height, with a slim, but well-muscled build that comes from years of physical training – both in the martial arts and in the skills of the underworld. He has long hair that frames a tough, but compelling face. He wears the finer things in life – hand-made suits, expensive sports clothes and the best in watches, rings and shades. Everything he can afford, from his clothes to his women to his food are always top-notch. Of course, when on a job or under cover, he wears whatever is appropriate to the mission.

Story:
Zhuge Fan was one of Asia's top thieves, able to get in and out of even the most precariously-guarded locales. His loot wasn't always the most pricey or expensive...but it was the most easily liquidated and easy to pawn. Where others were apprehended, Zhuge Fan continued a career that spanned two continents and millions of dolalrs.

One day, however, he got in over his head, and fell in with agents of the HK/British government working incognito to thwart arms dealers. The trio of Fan, Ko Wen and Hideo Domoratsu made quite an impact against the Russian and Japanese mobs – until they were set up by their own organization.

Not long ago, Hideo was killed in a car bomb explosion, and Ko Wen vanished into a tangle of international contacts and blinds, vanishing from sight. Which left Zhuge painted with a big, fat target on his head. He'd fended off several assassination attempts, the last of which revealed that certain upper-level directors in the Hong Kong Intelligence Agency (for which Ko and Domoratsu) worked were behind the attempts...the whys of which are unclear, but Zhuge was certain they had become 'too efficient' at rooting out crime, and stepped on toes.

A week later, Ko Wen and the ghost of Hideo showed up! They figured out that more was going on than just gun smuggling, and became aware of a secret society across all Asia that was arming their agents so they could forcibly take over certain sites which had lots of good Feng Shui energy...why, they weren't sure, but Ko Wen was certain it had some sort of mystical effect on the organization's ability to run things smoothly...

In the past year the three have closed down several operations by the group they've learned to call the Jade Wheel Society...and now they are looking to dig up what they can on the mysterious men who they suspect are behind even that secretive organization.
