The Silver Dragons:
This
incarnation of the Silver Dragons has had no contact with any of
the prior incarnations of the past – the Prof only found
out about the former Silver Dragons after taking up residence in
the Netherworld. After teaming up with Kar Fai, the two decided
that the name of the Silver Dragons was worthy of their
cause. |

(Techie) – defacto “leader” of the Silver
Dragons, she's been living in the Netherworld for the last 20
years and is rarely ever seen outside her hidden redoubt in the
Netherworld's Junkyard. |

Kar Fai
(Old Master) – one of the guiding forces in the
current incarnation of the Dragons, he is the last living master
of the Shadowfist technique and hails from the 1850's juncture.
He found the Guiding Hand too uptight and self-impressed and has
a long-time feud with the Hand's leader, Quon Lo. |

Godard (Cyborg) – made obsolete by the Buro's
Abominations, he's the self-styled protector of the Dragon's
Lair and The Prof. He rarely leaves the Netherworld for
long. |

Johnny
Tso (Reformed Gangster) – the narrator in the FS
rulebook, Johnny is a hero in the rough with a particular
passion for hating the Poison Thorns and the Lotus, for personal
reasons. He hates to leave modern HK for long. |

Tricia
Kwok (Everywoman Hero) – the Shadowfist game has her
as a Maverick Cop, but in The Secret War pbem she was an
aspiring actress/singer who was caught up in a firefight which
involved Johnny Tso saving her life. The pair were an item for a
while, but have drifted apart into mere friendship. She tends to
drift where she's needed, but still maintains most of her time
in modern HK. |

Ting-Ting
(Ninja) – one of the ancient legendary Confucisan
bandit-sages, she is the leader of the Brothers of the Green
Wood, a righteous and honorable group of bandits who fight
the Lotus at every opportunity. She rarely leaves the 69
Juncture or China. |

Zheng Yi
Quan (Martial Artist) – Kar Fai's former student, and
a master of kung fu in his own right. Other than the Prof and
Kar Fai, he is the oldest member of the current Dragons. Zheng
leads a band of his own students, the Friends of the Dragon,
who operate out of Canton and Hong Kong in the 1850's juncture,
although they can be found anywhere that they are
needed. |

Bronze Mask (Masked Avenger) – gun-toting master of the esoteric arts from the now-closed 1936 Juncture. He was recruited early on by Kar Fai, eager to lend his fists and pistols to avenge the injustices of the other Factions but paid the price a couple of years back when defending his friends in a fall-back retreat. |

Chen Sing (Martial Artist) – a Buddhist monk from the 1850's juncture who joined the Dragons out of protest to the Guiding Hand's bloody methods – he found little comfort in the violence meted out by his new allies, but at least they were more righteous! Chen died at the hands of the Ascended's legendary warrior, Draco. |

The Golden Gunman (Killer) – A mysterious middle-eastern hitman who was recruited early on by Kar Fai. He was renown for his pair of matching gold-plated pistols and his skil at dealing out mayhem in short order. He vanished after Operation Killdeer in the summer of '95 and hasn't been seen since. |

Iale Mane (Ghost) – A supernaturally-powered god-king recruited from the heart of darkest Africa in the 1850's juncture, he is another of the early founding members. He gained his powers from Leopard, a powerful spirit. He was blinded, and possibly killed fighting the Thing With 1,000 Tongues during Operation Killdeer, but no one is certain. |

Jake Donovan (Maverick Cop) – A former L.A homicide cop with a bad alcohol problem, he was Kar Fai's first recruit. Hard-bitten, gruffly honest, he was often looked at by the others as a leader – he had a rumored relationsip with the Queen of the Ice Pagoda, but it has not been confirmed. He was crushed to death by the Thing With 1,000 Tongues during Operation Killdeer. |

Jimmy Akiji (Ninja) – former Yakuza enforcer who turned sides during a conflict with the Dragons, he was very skilled with his ninja-to. He bought the farm on an ill-advised raid into CandCo in modern HK, where the Dragons were waylaid by a carefully prepared mercenary force. |

Mad Dog McCroun (Big Bruiser) – A pitfighter in the Southeast asian underworld, Kar Fai freed him from the Lotus-supplied drugs that kept him a slave and took him on as an early recruit. Mad Dog was known for his twin hooked swords and his skill at using them. He was burned alive by a Lotus sorceror during Operation Killdeer. |

West Willow (Martial Artist) – She ran a kung-fu academy in mainland China, contemporary Juncture. West Willow (who kept her real name secret) was recruited into the fold where she held her own for about six months before being torn apart by BuroMil Abominations in an aborted attempt to attack the BioMass Processing Center in the Netherworld. |
