This song was played when Borj broke up with Trisha. Somebody else is in his heart and he realized that it would be unfair for Trisha if they continued their relationship. Roni felt mixed emotions when she found out about this. Yuan told her that she was the reason why Borj and Trisha broke up and somehow she felt guilty.
Borg: ... Si Roni lang talaga ang gusto ko, eh. Si Roni lang ang mahal ko. So I broke up with Trisha. Alam ko na-hurt siya, pero mas mahu-hurt siya pag pinatagal ko pa. Ngayon, I will wait for the right time for Roni to be ready. And I must teach myself to wait patiently.
