To my bundle of Joy,
by Gloria Thompson (Dawson)

The night we found we were going to be a mommy and daddy, we loved you like we knew you a lifetime,
You brought so much joy and happiness into our lives.

Every night when mommy would take her bath, daddy was right there to help her and pour warm water over my belly to make you feel loved, wanted and comforted.
We would talk a lot about our days and about anything! We'd sing to you and tell you fairy tales. Mommy knew you could hear us in your own special way.

We were going to be a happy family, for God answered our prayers by blessing us with you.  We would think about the future when we'd go visit with the family and the trips we would go on, to Disney World and make memories.

But then on June 17th 1991, (exactly 3 months after mommy found out she was pregnant) the doctors told us you would never live, you see you didnt develop kidneys and your little precious legs were fused together.  Your body would never fully develop; your lungs would never develop either.

You were so tiny sitting on the bottom of mommys belly.
I never got to feel you move because there was no fluid for you to float in.  We know we will never get to know one another. We wish to God we could.
But God does everything for a reason, and He has chosen you to be with Him.

We will never be able to hold you, watch you grow up, see your sweet face or hear your sweet voice. We can only dream about you now sweetheart.  We will both miss you "Our little spark of joy", you will always have a special place in our hearts. We know one day we will be together in Heaven.

Always know how much we love and miss you. I know I have a real Guardian Angel baby for it is you Victoria Elisabeth.
