This womanizing King of Figurao befriends Terra early in the game.
Officially he is an ally of the empire, but secretly he is collaberating
with the Returners. He is a valuable member of the group. His
"Tool" command allows him to use tools such as Auto Crossbow, Chainsaw,
and Drill to inflict a considerable amount of damage to your opponent.
Figuaro Castle also has a nice little advantage, in that it can sink below
the sand and travel underground to a far off place.
