Sugar King Park

Locomotive used to haul sugar cane on the old Japanese rail lines. When we lived on Saipan, this engine used to be in front of the fire station on the corner of Navy Hill road. It had the name "Chi Chi No.9" painted on it. Ms. Cabrera, the historian, was not familiar with that name, so I guess it was lost some years ago.
