Ø       Company owns state license issued by the Government of Georgia for extracting of and enriching of manganese ore;

Ø       Company is the owner of the territories in Chiatura (Georgia), where this raw material is being extracted;

Ø       estimated existing mine capacity in total: app. 250 million mt

Ø       Company has its own plant/factory for processing and producing of this raw material i.e. the Company is immediate producer and supplier together;

Ø       Delivery amount – 10.000 tones monthly – mainly metallurgical manganese, though it is possible to accept an order of  amount larger;
