| Dan is employed on the Harrier aircraft and has been in the RAF since 1988. He learnt to dive in 2002 on the Cayman Islands courtesy of Ocean Frontiers where his brother-in-law is the operations manager. Coming away with a PADI Open Water qualification Dan soon joined the RAF Wittering Sub Aqua Club and completed a crossover package to BSAC and the Ocean Diver qualification. Since then Dan has dived around the UK and taken part in Unit expeditions to Ascension Island and a Joint Service expedition to the Maldives, the latter being the high profile Exercise Poseidon Feenun. Dan is currently the Equipment Officer of his Unit dive club and a qualified Dive Leader, Oxygen Administrator, RYA Powerboat Handler and Diver First Aid. This is his first time as Exped Leader. Sports and Interests Dan enjoys most sports, Volleyball and Golf to mention two, and once represented the Royal Air Force at Football. In his spare time he dabbles in computer graphics design and taking his Boxer dog out for a run. Favourite Dive Site Stingray City - Grand Cayman.
