FAQ

Q: What's GorkaMorka?
A: A science-fiction, Mad-Max style wargame with lots of orks. Made by Games Workshop (see "Introduction: GorkaMorka" for more details).

Q: Where can I get the rules?
A: That's a bit of a problem, really. GW doesn't make them any more. If you have a copy of Necromunda, you can play one-off games fairly easily (See "Introduction: Necromunda" for full guidelines). Campaigns are more difficult. I recommend searching online auctions and similar places to get a copy of the original rules.

Q: Why won't GW re-release it?
A: It may do, sometime. See "Introduktion: 2nd Ed?".

Q: Why don't you make an online rulebook?
A: Um, we are. Sort of. Slowly. See "Introduktion: 2nd Ed?", and GorkaMorka 2.

Q: Are the vehicles and miniatures smaller than the 40K Orks? Is it better to use current 40K Orks and vehicles or try to get the GorkaMorka models?
A: Good question, see "Makin Yer Mob: 40k Boyz" for an in-depth breakdown of which models are best for each troop type, and "Makin Yer Mob: 40k Gunz" for what each weapon looks like.

Q: What sort of scenary should I use?
A: Desert terrain! Lots of sand dunes and stuff. Also you'll probably need a decent orky fort.

Q: Isn't GorkaMorka just Necromunda with orks? What are the differences? How about these Ash Waste Vehicles rules?
A: See "Introduction: Necromunda".
