Code 48
Engine Misfire Diagnosis
If multiple codes are set, go to the lowest code first.
Repairing for a code 13, 44, or 45 may correct Code 48.

Code 48 will set if:
-  TPS is between .58 and 1.02 volts
-  RPM is between 1500 and 2500
-  MPH is between 50 and 60
-  O2 cross counts greater than 30
-  All of the above for 30 seconds
