Code 39
Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Circuit
The computer controls the TCC operation by grounding it's circuit through the quad driver.

Code 39 will set when:
-  No Code 28 is present
-  Brake is not applied
-  TCC is commanded by the ECM
-  Transaxle is in high gear
-  The engine speed to vehicle speed ratio does not indicate that the TCC is engaged
-  All of the above for a time greater than 15 seconds
