pets

	We have two birds, Phoebe and Logan. They are both considered to be rare parakeets. We will have pictures of them on the site soon. Phoebe is about 6 months old and is going through her adult moulting phase. Logan is probably 2 or 3 months old and has several toes missing from one of his feet because of a small accident at the pet store involving a quaker parakeet that got loose and attacked the rare parakeets (a quaker parakeet is probably five times the size of a rare parakeet if not more).

	We also have two rats, Lady Gwenviere and Maggie. They are both medium-sized fancy rats. Gwenny is about 4 months old and is a dark chocolate brown with white spots on her belly. Maggie is about 2 months old and is white with a gray face and neck. Maggie also has a genetic mutation known as "Dumbo Ears" that makes her look like an unusually large mouse. We'll have some pictures of these fine animals soon!

As of yet, we do not have any scanned pictures of our pets, but we do have some images of my two rats which have "passed on."

Aidain - "Little Fire" in Gaelic. She waas very friendly and curious. She was named because of her inability to sit still for very long.

Pooka - "Mischevious Ghost" in Gaelic. She was sometimes shy and could get frightened easily, but liked to snuggle sometimes.
