| We painted the outside with some awseome green paint that was donated by a friend from work. The front deck was built from 2 x 12 old growth lumber that was torn out of a local high school during a remodeling project. The railing was made from thinned trees and limbs from the larger trees that were used for the posts. |
| We finished the final touch ups late in the summer of 2002. This will be a continuing project. We have already thought of several additions we would like to make. We furnished the inside with items from yard sales and discarded chairs from a friend. One wall in the tree house is dedicated to signatures of visitors. We use the tree house for sleep overs, or just to relax in the evening. We keep board games and cards stored on the shelf inside. |
