Tenant�s Obligations

1. The Tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount in the bank account of the householders for the validation of the reservation. The residual amount should be paid in full, four (4) weeks before the arrival.

2. In addition, the Tenant is obliged to make good use of the Residence throughout the whole duration of the present Contract, otherwise the Tenant is responsible to compensate for the damages caused in the Residence, in the building and the furniture or the electrical devices and other of its settlements from the persons using the Residence, except for damages due to everyday use and probable to be caused by similar reasons during the duration of the Contract in question. The responsibility of the Tenant and the persons using the Residence is full and personal for each and every one of them. Furthermore, all residents are obliged to use the Residence in such a way that they do not affect the quiet, health, work, security and moral values of the rest of the residents and their neighbors

3. The Tenant does not have the right to proceed in any alteration, repair, modification or arrangement of the Residence without the previous written consent of the householders. Any such action that is performed contrary to the present document, regardless of the consequences it entails, is to the benefit of the Residence, without any right of compensation to the Tenant. In every such case the householders have the right to claim that things are restored to the former state with the Tenant�s expense.

4. When the Contract has expired the Tenant is obliged to return the Residence to the householders without a reminder, in the same condition they received it, otherwise they are liable to damages to the householders.

5. The Tenant is obliged to comply with the rules of Greek Low regarding the hours of public rest 14:30 p.m. until 17:30 p.m. and 23:00 p.m. until 07:30 a.m.

6. The Tenant is not burdened with the payment of electricity expenses, telephone cost, watering expenses, public and municipal taxes and dues concerning the Residence.



Obligations-Householders Liability


1. The householders will deliver the Residence, suitable for serving its purpose, to the Tenant.

2. The Residence shall be provided clean and in good condition, with its electrical devices fully functional and its furnishings equally in good condition.

3. The Tenant is not burdened with the expense of damages since the residence is used sensibly.  In case of proven negligence, the Tenant is burdened with the expense of damages mentioned.

4. Relevant to the telephone connection, it is made known that dialed numbers barring has been activated and only this way the received calls are possible. The Tenant does not have the right to deactivate the mentioned call barring.

6. The householders maintain their right to cancel the Contract with a written statement addressed to the Tenant if for reasons not referring to its sphere of influence the fulfillment of the tenancy, is rendered impossible. In such case the householders are under no responsibility other than refunding no less than 95 % of the total payments.
