For a team with 25 players:

Team Deposit $100.00

Team Performance Bond $200.00

Player Registration Fees (25 x $30.00) $750.00

Referee Scheduling Fee $ 30.00

Referee Game Fees (10 x $55.00) $550.00

MSA Team Fee

GLWSL League Affiliation Fee (part of $150)

Team Liability Insurance

USASA/MSA Player Registration fee

Player Supplemental Medical Insurance

Player Pass Card

Player Annual Registration Renewal Sticker
