Welcome to Great Lakes Women's Soccer League. The GLWSL is a USSF affiliated league run by eight volunteers. The current membership includes thirty two (32) teams in five divisions. These five divisions consist of Premier, Open Division One and Open Division Two for women 18 and over. The final two divsions are for women 30 and Over. Teams are located throughout the Detroit area including Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw Counties.

The GLWSL plays during the summer season, which runs June to August for the Over 18 leagues and June to September for the Over 30 leagues. Each season consists of approximately ten games. Games are usually played on Sunday afternoon at either 5:00 pm or 7:00 pm.

There will be an AGM (Annual General Meeting) in January to discuss last season and the upcoming season. Your input will help make the GLWSL a stronger and better program so be sure to attend. Team Registration for the 2006 season is April 11 in the McDowell Center at Schoolcraft College from 7pm-9pm.
