The central characters in Act 1 were figures from the sacrificial legends of pre-Columbian Mexicans. The Warrior has captured the Prisoner who will be sacrificed to the sun by the Priestess. In the second act, the puppeteers assume the live acting roles of a two doctors and a skin cancer patient. |
