That's the list of pitchers with 5 or more SH's in 1963.

C's should be given any other pitchers with more than 1 Sacrifice Hits
D's should be given to all with 0 or 1 SH's

If you don't have that data, make all others C.

All pitchers given RUN-12 should have their running rating changed to 10.
All pitchers with at least 1 attempted SB (regardless of whether or not any
were successful) should be STEAL-E and have their super advanced 11-4 4,5/12
kept as is, ones with no SB attempts should have 0-0 0/0 (everything zeroed
out) in their super advanced steal records.
All pitchers with 2 or more successful steals should be given STEAL-D
RUN-12 and
5-6/10-11 (14-6) s.adv steal.

Optionally, all steal ratings can be made 0/0 0-0 E or kept as is.  These
aren't as important as the bunting/running ratings.
