| Many on my "Shared Pregnancy #1 Angels" list pray for Shared Pregnancy on a regular basis. We have felt your prayers in the past months and want you to know how many prayers have been answered in the following ways: | |||||||
| Our ultrasound machine has been up and operating for a month, and we have felt the joy that comes when abortion-minded women see the tiny beautiful baby within and decide to carry that baby to term. Our sonographer is skilled and sensitive. Saving lives is our primary mission, and we are joyful that we can fulfill that mission. Our very first ultrasound moved us to tears--a woman who was strongly abortion-minded arrived for the ultrasound and brought the dad. Both were deeply moved when seeing their baby on the ultrasound and are now committed to being parents of that baby. | |||||||
| Our "For Dads Only" program was a strong success. The dads who attended have requested that we continue the program. We are thankful for the many "Shared Pregnancy" angels who helped with teaching, preparing the backyard and grilling. | |||||||
| Despite bad weather, our Board has able to pull off a successful Shared Pregnancy "Baby Steps" Run/Walk; support from the race and support that came in for the ultrasound have enabled us to stay afloat financially despite many challenges. | |||||||

| We face many challenges and we ask you to pray on the following: | |||||||
| We have seen a huge increase in clients and in the number of baby items that our Learn and Earn clients need. The food bank is unable to supply us with low-cost diapers, and we are badly in need of diapers (sizes 1-5) as well as baby wipes, cribs, and newborn winter clothing. | |||||||
| October is Sanctity of Life month, and many churches will hold Baby Bottle Boomerangs for Shared Pregnancy. Please pray that this drive for money succeeds and that we can continue our strong and growing program--particularly the $40 we need for each and every ultrasound. | |||||||
| Our Board, staff and volunteers work extremely hard. Please pray that the Holy Spirit infuses our work and gives us wings for our prayers particularly as we step out into the community and ask for monthly support from donors. | |||||||
| Most of all, pray for children--for unborn children, for the many newborns we see at the Center and for the older kids. Pray for their parents. As God's people, we need to protect and care for the innocent. Thank you for praying for Shared Pregnancy. You are blessed. | |||||||
