| August 28, 2007 To My Shared Pregnancy Angels: This morning at 9 am the Shared Pregnancy Women's Center began in the usual way--we had clients waiting at our door for our services. By 9:05 am we had helped a couple desperately in need of diapers for their baby and had given a pregnancy test (positive) to a women. Each one of you has given some special help to Shared Pregnancy Women's Center in the past months--you shared a skill; you donated or helped us complete a special project; or you prayed for our moms. dads and babies. We're again asking for help. The number of women coming in for help has increased dramatically--and we are offering more ultrasounds and more clothing and more diapers. We simply need more resources to keep our doors open. Here's where you come in. I've enclosed a list of Seven Ways to Help Shared Pregnancy. I'm hoping you can circulate this to your church and to services groups and other organizations to which you belong. We are in particular need of churches to do the Baby Bottle Boomerang. Please keep our clients in your prayers and heart. And please call me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Saralee Saralee Howard, Executive Director Shared Pregnancy Women's Center 503 North Walnut St. Lansing, MI 48933 517-484-0365 FAX: 517-484-4788 email: [email protected] www.SharedPregnancy.org |
