Imagine a beautiful glow in angel form,
sweeping, swaying; moving every so gracefully,
dancing in and around an environment much like that of deep outer space.........
as her movement spins, great beauty bursts forth
and creates new life, new colors, new worlds......
everything she touches becomes a new miracle.
This is the deep inner me.
Ever exploring, ever feeling and ever becoming.
A great joy of young innocence I have found once again.
From the turmoils and trials of deep inner scars
of abuse, sexual, emotional and pysical...
deep woudings at the hands of those we are to learn the deepest trust and love from.
Through the deepest trials of learning to find
some love and joy and self again.
Through the trials of thinking
it was just too difficult a task,
too difficult to repair.
Through the shedding away of what I no longer need
within me, without me.......
To finding this beautiful woman
that had laid so buried beneath
just waiting to burst forth and find the joys
and freedoms of love and trust once again.
This is my background I use in my artwork,
the framework of what lies hidden
within our society;
the ills and woes inflicted upon innocents
whom learn how to become dependant, scarred and distrustful
of all that is and all whom are.( gee i wonder whom i could be referring to here!)
To what truly does lie out there
for our stained eyes to see, for our broken hearts to find.
It is that hand that reaches across time and space
and leads up to our most joyous and happiest place.......
our soul and what cannot touch or wound that! In light and peace,
in love,
for the past and the future every changing.......
and for the PRESENT
ever there and alive to experience.
