Welcome to the GLOW web-site.  Here you will find our race results and what we are up to.  We are open to walkers of all paces.  There are quite a few of us that race competitively, but not all of us.  We love to get together for a walk and to eat.  Come join us.  We are great bunch of people.  You can meet up with us at a race or one of our training walks.  Do you want to improve your speed?  Do you want to learn to race walk?  Do you want to train for a half-marathon?
