If ever one is blessed with a double portion as I
There wont be a reason to ponder or ask why,
When all is said and done and the race here is run,
I know Father will welcome them as one...
A spirit so genuine,kind hearted as true
who else could it be but my mothers of two!
One loving and birthed me cared for me it's true,
but another who took up the slack when my first mom was
through.
There always was love and enough to go 'round,
When the first mom was busy caring for all else around.
I'd run to my sissy and wait on her love,for I knew it was
sent from my Jesus above!
When all in the house was so quiet and alone,
I never felt neglected when my mommies were home.
God blessed me and cared in a way as he can with a double
portion from heaven's fair land.
When words do but fail me and I look up above, release
sincere prayers to our Father of Love,watch over my two
mothers for it's all in your hand,my Precious Dear Savior I
am taking this stand!
Through all of their trials and wearisome tasks,I ask that
you bless them forever..no slack!
I count on your faithfulness and magnificent face to keep
my two Mothers in the heart of your Grace.
