Top Side Steak Fiesta & Cheese Potato with Ceaser Salad(Serve 3/4)
Ingredients:
( A ) Steak& Marinate Sauce
* 3 or 4 Top Side fillet steak (kalau tak suka daging, can subtitute to salmon steak or chicken)
*Salt & Pepper
*2-3 table spoon oyster sos
*1 table spoon mustard

  • marinate steak fillet for 1 hr.
  • You can pan fry or bake the steak: I prefer pan fried. more juice.
  • For pan frying, in steak will take 3 mins at each side (total 6 mins) for well done: 2 mins (total 4 mins) for medium rare
  • For the sauce: same *ingredients and same amount: + chopped union.
  • Jangan buang access juice from fried steak, add chopped union, and all ingredients then add ? cup low fat milk.
    ( B ) Ceaser Salad
    1 bag of mix salad (by SIME fresh) tanya K rose for exact brand.
    Ceaser Dressing
    2 garlic - chopped
    ? cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
    ? cup of cider vineger or any sweek flavored vinegar
    1 table spoon mustard
    several dashes of yoshetere (dont remember spelling!) sauce
    salt & pepper

  • mix all the ingredient in a bottle, (kalau takde, just use botol tupperware air) masukkan oil first then the rest of the stuff and shake shake & shake). You may prepare the ceaser salad sos way in advance and simpan dalam fridge.
    ( C ) Cheese Potato
    3 - 4 russet potato (yg bukan malaya mari la) - rub the skin and can be baked or boiled until tender.
    For cheese sauce

    1 packet of cheese mix (lupa brand, nanti balik check)
    2 - 3 cups of low fat fresh milk (HL is the best so far)

    Add cheese mix in a room temperature milk, Stir until sebati, panaskan until boil and pekat. That�s it.

    To serve: Add steak in serving plate, pour the sauce, put potato on the side - yg dibelah separuh, squeeze a bit and poour cheese sauce atas potato. Add a scoop of salad green and sprinkle some Ceaser dressing.
