traditional cheesecake a la reuben
Tbs = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
r.t. = room temperature
Ingredients:
11/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (vanilla wafer biskut tu hancurkan)
1 Tbs sugar
6 Tbs butter (dicairkan dulu)
1/2 cups ground nuts (optional)
3 lbs cream cheese (r.t)
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs (r.t)
2 telur kuning (r.t)
1 Tbs lemon juice
Cara-caranya:-
preheat oven 375 Fahrenheit (ni pun mintak tolong org convert to celcius) utk crust:
vanilla crumbs + i Tbs sugar + 1/2 C ground nuts + 6 Tbs butter (melted) di sebatikan dan di presskan dlm springform pan saiz 10 in diameter.� Ni
cake pan yg boleh bukak sides dia.� Di peresskan cuma bhgn bwh je tepi tak payah.
Bake 15 min. cool..set aside
For filling:
pukul cream cheese (agak dah bercampur jgn pukul lagi nanti takutoverbeat) + 1 � c sugar + 2 tsp vanilla E
dlm bowl lain whick telur + telur kuning
tambahkan telur tadi to cream cheese mixture + lemon juice
tuang dlm crust tadi
bake 1 � hrs
lepas ni ikutla tips tu cara nak sejukkan tu.. harapnye tak crackla ye insyaallah.. sorila saya tak convertkan measruments tu... saya dah buat ni byk kali ...yummy!!
