tips utk cheesecake:
  • jgn overbeat cream cheese pasla nanti dia kumpul udara pastu bila masak nanti dia kembang pastu turun balik bila sejuk nanti ada crack kat surface dia.
  • bila dah masak, tutup oven, selitkan towel kat pintu oveen biar terbukak skit biarkan dlm agak2 sejam lebih gitula supaya dia tak terkejut pertukaran temperature supaya permukaan dia tak crack.
  • biladah tu sejukkan to room temperature barula masukkan lam fridge.
  • elok refridgerate semlm 24 hrs b4 serving.
  • bhn2 sumer elokla di room temperature jgn sejuk2 terus drpd fridge supaya lagi cepat masa mix and lagi dpt byk volume.
  • oven di preheat kan dulu supaya panasnye tu even all over. ni style mat salehla..supaya bende yg kita bakar tu naik rata.
