Kek - Super Duper Cheesecake Express
Part I :
150-200g Marie biscuits
100-200g butter
Part II :
220g cream cheese
2 tins of Nestle cream
8 tbsp sugar
3-4 tsp gelatin in half cup hot water
Part III :
1 can blueberries (S&W or
Goldleaf)
2 tsp gelatin to one-quarter cup hot water
Method :
Crush biscuits and mix with butter. Pack well into base of cake tin.
Freeze for half an hour.
Mix Part II together and spread over Part I.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Mix Part III and spread over Part II and store in fridge to chill before
serving.

minta maaf, saya nak mencelah sikit ye...
kalau nak kelainan sikit kat cheesecake ni, cuba gantikan
biskut marie tu dengan biskut ginger snaps dan tambahkan sedikit perisa lemon
atau lime dalam adunan cheese tadi. haa.. boleh lah kita merasa lemon &
ginger cheesecake (tak terasa muak sangat.. hehheheheh)
kalau nak terangkat lagi, biskut oreos cookies or biskut
coklat pun buleh.... amboi!!!!
