Orange Butter Cake
Ingredients :
8.5 oz Butter
7 oz Castor sugar
4 (A) Eggs
2 Oranges - grated
8 oz Self-raising flour
1 tbsp ideal milk (can change to low fat, uht and etc.)
1 tsp vanilla
Cara-caranya:-
  • Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in orange skin then add in egg one at a time.
  • Beat well after each addition. Sift and stir in flour half at a time. Stir in milk.
  • Bake at 180C for 45 mins.
