Miscellaneous Material.
From time to time, as activities in the other sections
become
slow, I might present other ideas and concepts in this appendix.
I will also present comments or answers on this page where
comments are not meant to be permanent, etc. There will not be a
complete "dating" of inputs or changes in this section, although
there might be temporary "dating" used from time to time.
