| Fight for power: Battleground California (page 4) California and President Bush have a great opportunity to solve this problem with minimal costs to the taxpayer and maximum benefits to consumers. The question becomes: do they have the courage to go against those who paid large sums of money to their campaigns? This will tell just how bought those groups are by the power industry. This will either break up control by power companies or create complete control for the power companies.
