Greek Chichen Salad
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast,cubed
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seedel, and chopped
- 11/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2/3 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup parsley, snipped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 3 cloves garkic, minced
- lettuce leaves
- Pita bread halves
- In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. In a separate small bowl, mix Mayonnaise, yogurt and oregano. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken and oregano. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken and toss to coat. Cover and chill. Serve in pital halves lined with lettuce leaves.
