In greek they believe in many different gods they name are numia; divine manifestations, faceless, formless, but no less poweful. The idea of gods as anthropomorphized beings came late, with the influence from Etruscans and greek, which had human form. Some of the Roman Gods are atleast as old as the founding of Rome. Their is a comparisons between the Roman and the Greek they have different gods which they are kind of the same but they are with different names. For example they have in Roman they call it hercules and in greek they call it heracles they have other example for the long list but to compare they all sound the same and they all sometimes spelleng the same.
I'am going to introduce one of the gods. Apollo was the son of Jupiter and latona. His twin sister was Diana. He was the god of healing who taught man medicine. The god of light. The god of truth, who can not speak a lie. One of apollo's more important daily tasks was to harness his chariot with four horses an drive the sun across the sky.
Ceres daughter of saturn and Rhea. Wife-sister of Jupiter and mother of Prosperina. Ceres is the goddess of grain,growing plants and the love that a mother bears for her child. Personified and celebrated by women in secret rituals at the festival of Ambarvalia, held during the month of may. The third person of one of the goddess is Diana is the mother of wild animals and forests, and a moon goddess.oak groves are especially sacred to her. She is praised for he strength, athletic grade, beauty and her hunting skills. With two other deities she made up a trinity: Egeria the water nymph, her servant and assistant midwife: and virbius, the woodland god.
Every other goddess have's their own power each of them use them in many different ways just to help the people around them. For exmaple I'am going to introduce one of the other goddess. This is one of the powerful Greek God it was zeus. He was the king of the gods, fierce, feared, all powerful and very strong. According to ancient myths he was one of the sons of the god kronos. The stories say that zeus and his brothers poseidon and Hades killed their father and split his kingdom. zeus took the land, Poseidon the sea and Hader the underworld. Nobody dare to upset. Zeus, he had been know to mount olympus, his wife was Hera and he was father to Apollo, Dionysus and Athene.
