| CRYSTAL MANIPULATION |
| Most of the information given on this site is subject to each individuals interpretation and adjustment according to what works for them and this subject is no different. Firstly, I will use the term Crystals to include Gems and Minerals for the sake of simplicity. Ok, when buying a Crystal get one that appeals to you, that draws you to it. Having made your purchase you must first "cleanse" it of all the Energies of the people that have touched it before you. The Cleansing Process varies from Culture to Culture. AmerIndian Shamans sometimes leave their crystals in a leather pouch in a running stream for upwards of seven days. Others bury them in the Earth for similar periods of time. I do not have such facilities and have developed an alternative method that works for me and my Crystals. I simulate the stream by using a running cold tap and washing the cystals in the water, I also hold in my hand either Rock or Sea Salt to aid the process. Having cleansed the Crystals I then "programme" them. This is done by holding the Crysals and concentrating on what purpose I am going to use them for, healing, concentration, enlightenment, protection etc and done whilst they are still damp. Once programmed I then place them on the soil of a pot plant on the window sill of my kitchen for 24 hours. The kitchen is south facing and gets lots of Sunlight and Moonlight from which the Crystals absorb The Universal Energy. Now, to manipulate the Crystal. Manipulation is simply handling the Crystal, moving it around in your hands and feeling and visualizing the Energy contained within it entering your body and empowering you to do whatever it is you intend. This may be healing others, healing yourself, maintaining or improving a connection with your Higher Self , aiding meditation, sending Energy to another, calming yourself etc etc. During manipulation, try to maintain a feeling of gratitude for what you are receiving and conciously thank your Higher Self for enabling you to do so. Even if you are unaware of who your Higher Self is, do it anyway! Your Higher Self knows you and will recognise your willingness to establish contact! I hope this has been of some assistance to you.
