Washington Post Sits on Story for a Week

October 10 , 2003, 1200 PDT, (FTW) -- WASHINGTON, At around 9 PM on September 29,

Fairfax County, Virginia police responded to a 911 call describing an accident. However,

they soon discovered they were not dealing with a routine emergency but the mysterious

death of an employee of the 47-year old brother of President George W. Bush, venture

capitalist Marvin Bush. Sixty-two year old Bertha Champagne, described as a long time

"baby sitter" for Marvin and Margaret Bush's two children, son Walker, 13, and daughter

Marshall, 17, was found crushed to death by her own vehicle in a driveway in front of the

Bush family home in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County. Champagne reportedly

lived at the Bush family home.

Champagne had left the residence to retrieve something from her car, which police say

had somehow been left in gear. According to the police report, the car rolled forward

and pinned the woman between it and a small building next to the driveway (possibly a

checkpoint built by the Secret Service when Marvin's father, George H. W. Bush, was

president). The car crossed Edgehill Drive, a small street in front of the Bush compound.

The vehicle then crossed a busy two-lane street, Fort Hunt Road, finally coming to rest

in a wooded area across the street that adjoins the prestigious Belle Haven Country Club.

No explanations have been offered as to why the vehicle did not move until Champagne

was in a position to be crushed.

Champagne was pronounced dead on arrival at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. Courtney

Young, a spokesperson for the Fairfax County police was surprised when asked about the

circumstances surrounding Champagne's death. She indicated the media was primarily

focused on another Fairfax County story, the kidnapping and holdup of the wife of New

Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg on October 7. More mystifying is the fact that the

Washington Post waited almost an entire week to publish the story about the baby

sitter's death. The incident occurred on September 29, but the Post did not report it

until October 5 and buried it on page 3 of the Metro section. Nevertheless, the

Washington Post was the only media outlet to cover the story at all. Young said police

still did not know the exact cause of Champagne's death.

Young said the police had posted the incident on its web site in a press release, although

the report makes no mention of Marvin Bush. It reads:

A 62-year-old Alexandria area woman died after being pinned between a rolling car and

a building. The crash happened on Monday, around 9 pm, near the intersection of Fort

Hunt Road and Edgehill Drive. Bertha Champagne had gone outside to get something

from a car in a driveway. The car, which was left in gear, began to roll forward.

Champagne was pinned between the car and a small building next to the driveway. The

car continued to roll down the driveway, crossed Fort Hunt Road, and came to rest in a

wooded area. Champagne was taken to Inova Mount Vernon Hospital where she was

pronounced dead.

The press release is dated September 30 at 1330 (1:30 PM), some sixteen and a half

hours after the incident occurred. The police were well aware of Marvin Bush's

controversial role in serving on corporate boards for companies associated with the 911

terrorist attacks, however, they emphasized that Champagne's death was merely a

quirky accident and no foul play was involved.

According to two articles in the Progressive Populist written by Margie Burns, from 1993

to 2000, Bush served on the board of Securacom (since renamed Stratesec). The

chairman of the board of Stratesec is Wirt D. Walker III, a cousin of Marvin and George

W. Bush. Securacom had contracts to provide security for Dulles International Airport

(the airport from which American Airlines Flight 77, which crashed into the Pentagon,

originated) and the World Trade Center in New York. Securacom's backers include a

number of Kuwaitis through a company called KuwAm Corp (Kuwaiti-American Corp.).

Stratesec also has Saudi investors. Walker also serves as a managing director of KuwAm,

which maintains offices within the Watergate complex along with Riggs Bank, on whose

board Bush's uncle, Jonathan Bush, sits. Saudi Princess Haifa al Faisal, the wife of Saudi

Ambassador to the US Prince Bandar, used a Riggs account to funnel money to Omar al

Bayoumi and Osama Basnan, two Saudi students in California associated with two of the

911 hijackers.

Until November 2002, Bush served on the board of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc.

(formerly Houston Casualty Company), a re-insurer for the World Trade Center. Bush

still serves as an adviser to the firm. Walker serves as chief executive officer of Aviation

General, an aircraft company backed by KuwAm. Aviation General, formerly

Commander Aircraft, brokered the sale of airplanes to the National Civil Aviation

Training Organization (NCATO), located in Giza, Egypt, the hometown of lead hijacker

Mohammed Atta. NCATO is the only civilian pilot training school in Egypt. NCATO has a

training agreement with Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida, the flight

school that was investigated by the FBI for possibly training at least one of the 911

hijackers.

A Houston businessman who worked closely with the Bush family over the years confided

that Marvin Bush and Wirt Walker appear to have taken over the Saudi real estate

investment and aircraft brokerage business once run out of Texas by Houston-based

James Bath in association with Salem bin Laden, the late brother of Osama bin Laden,

and Khalid bin Mahfouz. The source, who has dealt personally with the Bush family in

Houston for a number of years, said there should be skepticism when looking at bizarre

deaths like that of Champagne. The source speculated that Champagne might have

happened upon some sensitive information the Bush family wanted kept secret.

Some observers wondered if Secret Service agents might have been able to assist

Champagne when her car pinned her. According to the Secret Service in Washington, the

agency only provides protection to presidential siblings if an Executive Order authorizes

such action. A Secret Service spokesperson emphasized there is no current Secret

Service protection for Marvin Bush. However, there remains a question why private

security agents posted at the Bush compound could not have responded to Champagne's

distress.

There are also questions concerning Champagne's actual place of residence. According

to the Post story, Bush told police that Champagne resided at their compound, However,

a phone call to the directory-listed residence of Bertha Champagne in Franconia,

Virginia resulted in Mrs. Champagne's son answering the phone. He confirmed that his

mother lived at the Franconia address but he was clearly uncomfortable and nervous in

talking to the media about the circumstances surrounding his mother's death.

Four decades after it's founding, DARPA is still very similiar today. The principle exception is its reporting chain. Initially, DARPA reported to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, it later came under the Under Secretary of Defense, and more recently under the Director for Defense Research and Engineering.

Today, DARPA is an organization of 240 personnel (approximately 140 of which are technical) directly managing a budget of $2 billion. Some projects are under $1 million and a few are in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Regardless of size, a single DARPA Program Manager is in charge and must manage and represent the project internally and externally.

DARPA's ability to adapt rapidly to changing situations and to embrace opportunities in both technology and processes, while maintaining the proven founding principles of the Agency, makes DARPA a unique research and development organization and the crown jewel in Defense research and development.

TOP-SECRET RESEARCH FACILITIES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

The Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range (TPECR) is a substantial, but little known facility of the Nellis Complex. It's located on Pahute Mesa, about 3 miles northeast of Tolicha Peak, and about 2 miles north and slightly west of Quartz Mountain. It is at least 20 miles south of the southerly boundary of the Tonopah Test Range.

TONOPAH TEST RANGE

First opened in 1957, it has been a major test facility for DOE funded weapon programs. The facility is heavily instrumented with camera and radar tracking devices that record data from artillery shell testing, bomb drops, cruise missiles and rocket tests. In 1984, TTR also became host to the first F117 Stealth fighter squadron.

TOP-SECRET MILITARY UNDERGROUND FACILITIES

According to the Napa Sentinel, a secret underground installation is under construction near the Oakville Grade in Napa County, California, and is being used by the Government for direct satellite communication, the Continuity of Government (COG) program in case of nuclear attack or other disasters, and secure communication links with the outside world in case of disaster. Mysterious helicopter flights have been seen going into and out of the area. Supposedly, the secret government site is replacing other installations and combining them into one underground center.

Some believe Wright-Patterson to be a top-secret UFO monitoring and research station, which considering its past programs, doesn't seem unreasonable at all.

CALCULATED U.S. DECEPTION ON OMEGA BASE

The introduction of Omega to Australia took the US government 13 years to complete. The Victorian transmitter was the last of eight worldwide stations to begin transmitting during late 1982. US strategy was to deceive the Australian government and people alike with disinformation aimed at proving the Omega system was not accurate enough to be used as an aid to nuclear ballistic missile submarines.

The implication was obvious: if the system was not accurate enough for ballistic submarine use, then what were people making such a fuss about? The strategy worked, and opposition to the Omega network died down from strident calls to stop construction during the 1970s to muted, puzzled acceptance in the late 1980s.

The deception that Omega was simply too inaccurate for use by US forces was pivotal in allowing the Victorian station to start transmitting.

The US declared Omega was accurate only to one or two kilometres, then proceeded to encourage the sale of small (inaccurate) Omega navigation receivers to fishing and pleasure boats alike. True to US declarations, these "single frequency" receivers provided a fix accurate only to within one or two kilometres. Hundreds of Australian mariners confirmed the distorted US claim of limited accuracy.

In order to obtain a navigation fix from a "hyperbolic" system like Omega, the vessel must obtain signals from three different transmitters. For example, a vessel offshore Western Australia would receive signals from the stations located in East Gippsland, Tsushima in Japan and La Reunion in the western Indian Ocean.

The calculated US illusion lay in the fact the small Omega receivers had access to only one of the five available frequencies transmitted in sequence by each of those three transmitters. This meant that an ambiguity could creep in every half wave length, or approximately 13 kilometres.

For important US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships, an entirely different receiver was provided, initially with three frequencies and then with up to five. The addition of the second frequency reduced the error to once every 38 kilometres, the third frequency to once every 115 kilometres, the fourth frequency to once every 350 kilometres and the fifth to once every 1050 kilometres.

Equipped with special five-frequency receivers, US military aircraft, submarines and fighting ships can therefore plot their positions with a theoretical accuracy of one metre.

For the US government, the only remaining task was reinforcing public opinion that Omega really was a bit of a $50 million overkill entirely unsuited for strategic use. The answer was simple: hide the facility in the open, pat visitors indulgently on the head and hand out bumper stickers.

Such techniques, normally referred to as "reverse security", have been common in Europe for years, where population density is so high that most installations cannot be surrounded night and day by packs of ravenous killer dogs and guards armed with submachine guns.

Advantages

Why should the US go to such lengths to install the transmitter at all? At first glance, it seems that satellites of the GPS variety would be perfectly adequate for all military usage.

Radio signals from position-fixing satellites cannot penetrate the surface of the water, so ballistic missile submarines in particular need to surface in order to receive signals. By comparison, the Omega signals penetrate not only water but also sea ice to at least 15 metres, making the very risky business of surfacing completely unnecessary.

Perhaps more importantly, during a thermonuclear war all transistorised circuits in the navigation satellites would be burned out by electromagnetic pulses emitted by thermonuclear weapons exploding in the stratosphere, rendering the satellites utterly useless. The very low frequency (VLF) transmissions of Omega would be almost completely unaffected by the holocaust and a retaliatory strike from the Southern Ocean using US Trident D5 missiles with a range of more than 7000 nautical miles could easily be achieved. Thus Australia would be dragged unwillingly into a northern hemisphere superpower thermonuclear war.

As a critical command, control and communications (C3) facility for the US nuclear ballistic submarine fleet, the Omega station in Victoria is undoubtedly targeted by at least two Russian multi-megaton warheads riding on independently launched missiles.

High Power

The US government also forgot to mention another long-term hazard associated with the transmitter: the effect of electromagnetic pollution on Australians.

A 1978 Australian document describes the power of the Omega signal as 10 kW, "about the same as a typical ABC broadcasting station." Unfortunately the US government had been lying through its hind teeth, and the environmental impact statement was fraudulent due to the inaccurate information provided.

The power input to the Omega station is shown in a 1978 Australian document as consisting of two 450 kW transformers drawing power from a dedicated substation fed by the national grid, backed up by a huge 750 kW stand-by generator driven by a V12 diesel. All this to transmit "a radio signal of 10 kW in power?"

Of course not. The Omega station transmits in two modes at the same time: the first a weak 10,000 watt sky-wave signal from the top of the mast, and the second an incredibly powerful ground-wave the US government forgot to mention which pumps another 500,000 watts out through the earth, via giant buried copper aerials radiating out around the base of the mast every 10 degrees for a distance of 1100 feet each.

The ground-wave mode is of special interest to ballistic missile submarines because, unlike the sky-wave, it has no inherent ambiguities.

It should be noted that one of the declared primary requirements for the Omega site was "high soil conductivity" - the ability of the ground to transmit electromagnetic fields for long distances. East Gippsland soil is highly conductive all the way to Melbourne and beyond. Last year a radio expert living more than 100 km from the transmitter detected an "earth" electrical potential so strong he was able to listen to Omega's ground-wave pulses by plugging his high impedance headphones directly into the dirt of his back garden.

At the entrance to the user-friendly transmitter site in East Gippsland a large sign flanked by pretty gardens declares: "Australian Maritime Safety Authority Welcomes Visitors to the Omega Navigation Facility." But if a visitor tries to stray beyond the building to take closer pictures of the huge aerial, the response is: "Sorry, it's too hot out there" - a direct reference to radio frequency burns that would be suffered by anyone unwise enough to trample across hidden copper earth aerials pumping out half a million watts.

Dangers

There is a very real danger to the people of Victoria from the massive ground-wave travelling through that state's highly conductive soil. Dr Robert Becker, MD, an expert of great renown in the specialised field of electromagnetic pollution and twice a Nobel Prize nominee, has published alarming information about increased incidence of cancer, cataracts, developmental defects, genetic effects and mental illness due to powerful electromagnetic fields emitted by low frequency transmitters, allied equipment and systems.

Becker, in his book Cross Currents, made the following general observation: "All abnormal, man-made electromagnetic fields, regardless of their frequencies, produce the same biological effects. These effects ... deviate from normal functions and are actually or potentially harmful."

Omega has been transmitting continuously for at least 10 years. Health statistics in Victoria need to be compared with others in New South Wales and Queensland on a "before" and "after" basis, especially within 700 kilometres of the Omega transmitter. Statistics are already revealing an increase in the incidence of Victorian cancers over those in Western Australia, but a lot more work needs to be done in order to establish the actual level of danger. Many forms of cancer take up to 15 years to appear, and by then it may be too late to save some of the people affected.

It is currently unknown what levels of electromagnetic pollution the other large bases at Pine Gap and Nurrungar may be generating, but it seems unlikely there will be any noticeable concern about Australian public health on the part of the US government.

ET BASE ON EARTH

SANCTIONED BY OFFICIALS SINCE 1954 CONFIRMED

In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in Washington, DC. Four months later WW II General Dwight Eisenhower was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office (January, 1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) was ordered to determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an Air Force study of UFOs, Project Blue Book.

A year later, in April, 1954, as documented by Gerald Light, President Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc Field (now Edwards Air Force Base), in the California desert, accompanied by generals, reporter Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop James McIntyre, and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs, CA, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist. While at Muroc Air Field, Eisenhower was present while an extraterrestrial disc landed. Several Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President and the generals. The extraterrestrials requested that Eisenhower make the public aware of extraterrestrial contact with Earth forthwith. The President protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to be prepared for adjusting to this stupendous reality.

By the end of the following month, May, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller and other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk, later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a means of Western collective management of the world order." One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was extraterrestrial contact.

The following information was disclosed to me by a confidential reliable informant, who previously worked on contract for the National Security Agency, and maintains connections within the Intelligence community. This information has been confirmed by a second source, Dr. Michael Wolf of the National Security Council's unacknowledged subcommittee, the MJ-12 Special Studies Group. The report which follows is not "leaks", but rather based on releases of information which are part of the Acclimation Program, an official though unacknowledged U.S. Government policy of "processed release of information", as Dr. Wolf describes it.

Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body devoted to world management, concerning the problem of adjusting humankind to extraterrestrial presence. Bilderberg and CFR decided jointly in the mid-1950s to enter into an arrangement with the extraterrestrials: The ETs were given an island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This arrangement afforded them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor extraterrestrial culture and behavior. "It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA informant put it. He adds that when official public announcement of the extraterrestrial presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the way have been here since [the beginning of Earth] time, but [are] actually living in our place, date, space and time.'" "They are the diplomatic corps."

My ex-NSA informant reported that the U.S. particularly held out for many concessions before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify what those concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests that what the U.S. obtained was the lion's share of extraterrestrial scientist consultants, to assist American scientists in understanding and adapting exotic ET technologies into such devices we now know as the computer chip, fibre optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar lightweight armor), aerospace ceramics, Stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.) NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers of Heaven that he worked with ETs as part of his governmental duties. "I met with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and shared living quarters with them," while doing research at extremely-classified underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas work in underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The ETs are not breaking the U.S. Government-Zeta treaties, but the Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on UFOs." Dr. Wolf also described working with very human-appearing races dubbed the Nordics and Semitics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades [star systems]." Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four extraterrestrial corpses in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs. "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." (The Navy has held a leadership position in UFO matters ever since.) Between that and the first publicly-announced Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in 1946, as well as two other crashes in 1947.

SECRET US/USSR MANNED SPACE STATION

In a report earlier this year, I wrote that in 1969, Apollo 10 astronauts Stafford, Cernan and Young were the first to approach an extraterrestrial beacon (dubbed The Monolith) and film it. Now, with additional information, I can add that they were not, however, the first astronauts to spot this ET beacon. That Monolith was first sighted by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space, in 1961. He was followed that same year by American astronaut Alan Shephard, who also sighted the beacon. It turns out that sighting the beacon was not that unlikely. My NSA informant says, "There are billions of them floating all over." Dr. Michael Wolf shed additional light on the beacons. "They are 'postcards from the rim'. They emit both light and tone signals, sending a mathematical language. There may be five or more ET civilizations involved in setting up these beacons."

Ignore those Boeing commercials and the NASA press releases about how America "soon" will have its own first manned space station. My ex-NSA informant revealed that there has been a manned "deep space platform" in orbit above Earth for over thirty years! "It [has] had three-manned [American] crews as well as Russians 'on' since '68!" He further states that since 1973, the space station received additional extremely-high technology, "and has had upgrades since." His disclosures confirms reports I had heard previously from former military officers about a secret space platform in orbit. This disclosure makes clear, as does my earlier report about a secret military astronaut program retrieving the "Apollo 10" Monolith in 1972 for study, that the Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles launches and the "first American" space station on NASA's drawing boards are just government "cover" programs. Such programs have served to deflect the public from becoming aware before now of the existence of a black-project military space station and classified military craft which can go well past orbit into deep space. The ex-NSA informant, who provided information on a secret U.S.-USSR manned spacestation in orbit since 1968, now has furnished me additional details about its operation. The space station has been serviced by secret military spacecraft long before the first American Space Shuttle flew in 1981. In 1988 previous spacefaring vehicles were superseded by the "Nautilus", a spacecraft with a rounded delta shape built jointly by special projects divisions of Europe's Airbus Industrie and U.S.'s Boeing Corporation. Nautilus has a propulsion system which utilizes magnetic pulsing. Nautilus-type craft make twice-weekly trips up into space and back, to service the secret international space station. The Nautilus is based in Utah. (Although my informant did not identify the base, the likely candidates are the Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, or Hill Air Force Base Range.) Nautilus-class craft were also used at the beginning of the Gulf War, to penetrate Iraqi airspace from space. Soon thereafter, Stealth aircraft took over covert penetration operations.

"I just got back from a FEMA Detainment Camp"

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation CABLE SPLICER and GARDEN PLOT are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.

Garden Plot is the program to control the population.

Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government.

FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps located in southern California. His findings are as follows:

Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it's occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.

We didn't venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars. [lrec]

I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?

Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards?

A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.

From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine.

In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?

What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic?

Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?

When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.

It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don't see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.

We just don't care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it's too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions.

Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn't we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?

You don't think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn't think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen?
