Physical description:  Hugh is boyishly handsome, and is often mistaken to be younger than his actual 25 years.  With his full lips and delicate bone structure, Hugh doesn't appear to be the kind of man who would dedicate his life to the occult; indeed, Hugh looks equally comfortable at the hippest club with all the beautiful people as he does behind his desk, pouring over dusty books.

Strength level:  Hugh has a normal strength level for a man of his age and size.  He takes pride in his lean muscles and his forceful punches.
Known Superhuman Powers: None.  Hugh  is completly baseline.

Personality:  Strong and sure of himself, Hugh sometimes comes off as a brat.  In fact, he is often difficult to get along with.  He has a genius IQ and often finds himself fustrated by those around him who cannot grasp hard concepts as quickly as he.  He is the descendant of a Celtic shaman, and as such, is responsible for several books written in ancient Gaelic which he has taught himself.  Behind his cocky exterior, is a deep and loving soul, an ecspecially vulnerable one.  He has an addictive personality to him as well; when he becomes interested in something, he tends to
devote all of his time and energy to it until he is satisfied and moves on.  With this pattern of behavior, he has gone through several 'careers' and relationships.  He moves through women so quickly because after a while, he feels they cannot keep up with him and he becomes bored.  He is quite aware of what kind of reputation this gives him, and he frankly
doesn't care.

Brief History:  As a child, Hugh enthusiastically took up the challenge of  reading and interpreting his ancestors books on Celtic magick and the occult.  With his genius IQ, his unsastiable curiousty and intense drive, Hugh soon made a name for himself as a expert on the occult and the supernatural.  He was also known as somewhat of a decedant young man, with a weakness for women and high living. Hugh, very self-concious and self- aware, began to detest this stigma and decided to
show that he had another side to him, a side that cared about the state of the world.  Therefore, upon being contacted by Pete Wisdom and Brit Intel, Hugh agreeded to join MI-X.  Among the members was old friend Kent Fallon but the two were hardly close.  In fact, Hugh spent the majority of his time initally by himself, casually enjoying the company of the other members, or seeking friendship with people outside of the group.  His high profile drew instant attention to MI-X which was handled very well by both Hugh and Pete and Britian, as well as the rest of Europe, took an instant liking to the group.
