Sunday

I was in a better mood on Sunday morning but I was so knackered. After some food I decided to start on the drink as did some other people. I think Stuart managed to drink most of his bottle of Jack Daniels in the morning and finished it off on the way to the arena looking like a drunk, hehe.

Hundred Reasons: Wicked band, seen em before and they still rawked :) We got fairly close to the stage on the right hand side near the camera so we may well be on TV :D wohoo! They had a power cut half way through their set, which was a shame, but Colin kept the crowd entertained by singing lil songs and talking.

Hell is for Heroes: Me and Sarah headed over to the Carling Stage and heard Hell is for Heroes. I say heard because I couldn't actually see the band because the stage was so small. Anyhoo, they were great! 'You drove me to it' and 'I can climb mountains' were amazing live :D

Biffy Clyro: I'd never heard anything by this band but Sarah assured me that they were good and she wasn't wrong! Another band whose album I am gonna have to think about getting.

NOFX: Funny band with some funny lyrics to their songs. They even dedicated a song to the 'dumbass President of the United States', which I thought was good :D hehehe

Incubus: Brandon! *drools* gawd he was looking fiiiiiiine! Some of their songs sounded even better live and the whole set was great. When Brandon took his shirt off, all us girls in the arena went crazy, hehehehe :)

Slipknot: The funniest thing since Andrew WK. I think half of em don't actually do anything and are just there to look 'scary'...like that clown guy - all I saw him do was scream into a mic a couple of times then get up onto these revolving drums and wave his head around madly....sad. When I saw em all doing their head banging thang all I could do was laugh.

The Offspring: Wicked! They were really kool. I loved the lil 'intermission bit' where this guy started throwing sweets into the pit and they played cheesy music, lol. They were just really good and made some funny jokes and stuff.

We didn't bother to see the Prodigy and went back to the campsite to start a big campfire. We got fairly drunk, I think Stu was the most pissed, and we sang the night away with such classics as, Tenacious D 'Tribute', Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' Greenday's 'Basketcase' and YMCA.

Sunday morning

The drinking started at 11.30am, lol (from left to right: Ang, Jen, Sphee, Sarah, Nat, Damo and Stuart sticking his head out)
