The League is still at the mercy of APBA. 
The company announced that cards should be 
shipped by the end of the month. This will 
mean that we are looking at a mid to late 
March draft. The logo project has proved 
to be more difficult than originally thought 
and has been put on hold. The manager fact 
sheet information will be posted during 
the month.
