There's been some big changes in my life. I just got married on Sept 30, 2006, to Sarah Whang. She's a really great woman who is originally from Korea. Sarah's been in the US, though, for the last 12 years. She's a small business owner, running a Beauty Salon in Santa Clara. Moreover, I also now have an 11 year old daughter, Susan. Instant family! Just add water.
I work for Cisco Systems as a technologist in the Voice Technology Group's CTO team. I get to look at innovative product technologies in an attempt to create broader spanning solutions.
My claim to fame is being one of the originals designers of MeetingPlace. I am one of the original Latitude Communications core team where we pioneered the MeetingPlace Conferencing server. After 10 years there "Making Virtual Meetings as Effective as Face to Face", Cisco Systems acquired us. In my early years at Cisco, I was involved with merging the product technologies. Since then I migrated to the VTG-CTO team, and well that's where things stand today.
