| Name: Les Ferdinand Place of Birth: Acton Date of Birth: 12/08/66 Height: 5 ft 11in Maxtheyid rating: Former England striker who has had great success at his past clubs. His spell at Spurs has been hampered by injury but has showed signs of his old self when fully fit. Les has unfortunatly also missed a number of important chances on the big stage including the Worthington Cup final vs Blackburn. Ferdy is a squad player in my opinion and although he is not one of my favorite players his work rate and effort cannot be faulted. Genuinely cares about Spurs although I dont expect him to be involved in first team action for Spurs in the future. Maxtheyid's Favorite Ferdinand Moment: His Hat-trick against Leicester in the league. Showed why he has been such a hit in the past by rolling back the years and netting 3 to win us the game. The powerfull frontman's all-round play was excellent against Leicester and fully earned the match ball at the the end of the game. |
