My only quest is that every student of mine comes back in time and teaches something to me.  I have only done my job well if every student of mine surpasses me.  This is not humbling at all.  This is success! 

Having said that, I have high expectations for all students.  I look forward to everyone  doing their best.  I thrive on participation from everyone in my class. There is no bad question to ask.  The worst thing that could happen is that a question, whose answer would benefit many, never gets asked.  And no one should ever laugh or make fun of any question ever asked.  It takes courage sometimes to ask a question, and courage is a very good thing. 

If you try your best each and every day, you will do very well in my classroom.  You will have nothing but my utmost respect and admiration if you enjoy the gift of learning.

Here is my breakdown

1.                 Tests = 30%

2.                 Quizzes = 20%

3.                 Homework & Classwork = 20%

4.                 Participation = 30%
