Supplies:
1 green candle
patchouli oil
cinnamon
sage
charcoal block
green ink
piece of paper
At your altar, light candles representing the God and Goddess while silently invoking their presence. Next, ignite a charcoal block and sprinkle cinnamon and sage onto the block. Draw a picture of the bill on a piece of paper, clearly marking the amount in numerals. While drawing, visualize the drawing becoming the bill itself. Sketch a square around the bill, symbolizing control over it, and mark a large X through it symbolizing it is paid. Write "PAID IN FULL" over the bill. Visualize checking the funds and having enough to pay it.
Next rub a green candle with patchouli oil, from each end to the center, while saying the following:
I call upon the powers of the Mother Goddess and Father God
I call upon the forces of the Earth, Air, Fire, and Water
I call upon the Sun, Moon, and Stars,
To bring me the funds to pay this bill
Still visualizing, place the candle in the holder directly over the picture of the bill. Sprinkle herbs around the candle's base, stating and visualizing that each is lending its powers toward your goal:
Sage, herb of Jupiter, send your powers.
Cinnamon, herb of the Sun, send your powers.
Still visualizing, light the candle and release the energy built up in the picture. See the candle absorbing the energy in the picture and the herbs streaming their energy into the flame. When you can visualize no more, remove the picture, light it in the candle, hold it for a few seconds, then throw it in your cauldron. Allow the candle to burn itself out, knowing the ritual will take effect.
