The Windmasters Hill Glassworkers Guild
(established 8/99)

This branch is a guild of glassworkers in the Barony of Windmasters Hill, open to those who practice or are interested in learning the arts of glassblowing, lampworking, stained glass, glass painting, etching and other glass related arts.

The goals of the Winmasters' Hill Glassworkers Guild are to:
 

· encourage learning and mastery of the arts and mysteries of glassworking;

· aid those outside the Guild in the appreciation of glass arts; and

· provide a source for research and education into period (per 1600) styles and both medieval and modern techniques and materials.
 

 Toward those ends, the Windmasters' Hill Glassworkers Guild will:
  · encourage its members to teach and consult regarding glassworking techniques;

· publicize courses, field trips and other learning opportunities;

· maintain a bibliography of research and reference materials ;

· contribute to the Kingdom of Atlantia's glass guild (La Compagnia del Maestri del Vetro) and it's projects, newsletter and website.
