| Millennium Place Project Overview General Millennium Place is located in Boston adjacent to the Boston Commons/Public Garden. The project consists of two high rise structures 37 stories each. The North Block structure will house approximately 130 Luxury Condominium Units and 60 Extended Stay Furnished Apartments. The South Block structure will be a mixed use facility with approximately 170 Luxury Condominium Units, 200 Four-Star Hotel Rooms and Suites, space for various retailers and 19 Movie Theaters. The curtainwall is comprised of Low E vision glass, matching silk screened spandrel glass, painted aluminum panels, and Rockville White granite panels, all totaling 408,000 sq. ft. of project scope.
