Colonie Town Park, Shaker Invitational, Dual #5, Albany County Championships
I-87 (Northway) north to Exit 7. Stay to your right and get off at the Exit for Rte. 9. At traffic light take a left onto Route 9 North. Follow north for approximately three miles. Make a left onto Schmerhorn Rd. just after Guptil's Arena and Boght Corners (there is a small Colonie Town Park sign). Take next left and proceed to Town Park (entrance on right).

Averill Park HS, Dual #2, 9.20.05
Take I-90 East toward Boston. Cross the Patron Island Bridge into Rensselaer. Get off at Exit 8. Follow Route 43 East through the town of West Sand Lake. Make a left on Gettle Road. The school is on your left.
Queensbury HS, Queensbury Invy, Sectionals, NYS Meet
I-87 (Northway) to Exit 19. Go left on Aviation Road and the high school is the 2nd building on your right.
Saratoga Spa State Park, Dual #3, Burnt Hills Invy & Suburbans
I-87 (Northway) north. Take Exit 13N. Take Route 9 north for 3 miles to park, entrance will be on your left.

Van Cortlandt Park, Manhattan Invitational, Footlocker Regionals
I-87 South over Tappan Zee Bridge; go approximately 20 miles after bridge and exit at Van Cort Park South exit. Make right at traffic light, then bear right onto Broadway (you'll be parallel to elevated train). Go through 2 traffic lights and Van Cortlandt Park parade grounds are on right.
Bowdoin Park, NYS Federation Meet, 11.19.05
85 Sheafe Road, Wappingers Falls, NY (Town of Poughkeepsie)..this one's tricky!
NYS Thruway South to Exit 18 (New Paltz-Poughkeepsie). Bear right after toll booth on Main St - go 0.9 mi. Main St becomes RT-299 East - go 4.2 mi. Turn Right on US-9W - go 1.8 mi. Continue on US-9W/US-44 - go 0.5 mi. Continue towards RT-55/US-44/Mid-Hudson Bridge - go 0.4 mi. Continue on US-44 East - go 1.8 mi. Bear Right to take US-9 South towards Hyde Park/Wappingers Falls - go 5.0 mi. Turn Right on Sheafe Rd - go 2.7 mi to park.
