| Parents Mother, Jayne Mansfield Jayne was born, Vera Jayne Palmer on April 19, 1933, in Bryn Mawr, Pennslyvania. Daughter of Herbert and Vera Palmer. Her daughter, Jayne Marie Mansfield was born on November 8, 1950, in Austin, Texas. Jayne divorced Paul Mansfield on January 8, 1958. She then married Mickey Hargitay on January 13, 1958 in Palos Verde, California. They had three children, two sons, Miklos (Mickey Jr.) Hargitay, (b. December 21, 1958, in Santa Monica, California.) Zoltan Hargitay, (b. August 1, 1960, in Santa Monica, California.) and a daughter, Mariska Hargitay (b. January 24, 1964, in Santa Monica, California). Jayne and Mickey divorced on August 24, 1964. Jayne then married Matt Cimber on September 24, 1964, in Aereo Mulege, Mexico. They had one son together, Antonio Raphael Ottaviano Cimber (b. October 18, 1965). She separated from Matt Cimber in July of 1966. Jayne died of a car accident on June 29, 1967. Father, Mickey Hargitay Mickey was born Miklos Hargitay on January 6, 1926, in Budapest, Hungary. He has four children, two sons, Zoltan Hargitay (b. August 1, 1960) and Miklos (Mickey Jr.) Hargitay (b. Decmeber 21, 1958), and two daughters, Mariska Hargitay (b. January 24, 1964), all with Jayne Mansfield. His other daughter, Tina (b. 1949), with his first wife, Mary Birge. He met Jayne Mansfield while posing for Mae West's revue at New York's Latin Quarter. They married in 1958, they were divorced in 1964. Hargitay married his third wife, Ellen, in 1967, they are still together. Siblings Brothers, Mickey Jr. and Zoltan Hargitay. Half-siblings, one-half brother, Anotonio Raphael Ottaviano Cimber (from her mother's third marriage to Matt Cimber), and a half-sister, Jayne Marie Mansfield (from her mother's first marriage to Paul Mansfield). Husband, Peter Hermann Peter was born on August 15, 1967 in Greenwhich, Connecticut. He and Mariska met on the set of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, where he frequently portrays defense attorney Trevor Langon. They became engaged in April 2004 and were married on August 28, 2004. From 1997-1998, Peter portrayed Dr. Michael Burke on Guiding Light. |
