In the movie �Platoon� Sargeant Barns played by Tom Berenger makes an Illegal killing in a Vietnam settlement. The main character Chris Taylor who is played by Charlie Sheen sees all of this and is completely shocked and horrified however after he sees is general Elias stand up to Barnes and fights him, Taylor gets a new boost of confidence and becomes more of a friend to Elias and Elias begins to protect Taylor while taking him under his wing.
