SAMHAIN WINNER 2002
Hallow'sEve
On hallow's eve, when greedy children beg, the
restive souls do wander across thin veils of nothingness to join
us once more.
Wth crisp fall breezes chilling the brave sweet-
seeking young, we welcome the season's changes.
Our yearly party has just begun. Witches and ghosties,
ghouls and monsters roam through skeletal tree lined gloomy streets.Hunting
for scares, a rush, a quick -jerk reaction to a fright!
Fall smells, decayed leaves, smoking chimneys,
bonfires flaring into the night.
Childish squeals, hiding faeries, sassy pixies
dashing out into the street.
A time for change, a time for memories of good
and bad gone by. A time for images, fun and frightening.
A time to reflect and say goodbye.
On hallow's eve, freely the witches reign, their
night of glory once a year!Back to the broom closet the next day
the broom does appear.
But on Hallow's eve, the monsters, the witches
and chilling magick does reign supreme!
Well Done Blue
