| If you set engine at TDC there is a line on the alternator pulley that corresponds with the pointer on the TDC sensor bracket. I suppose if you use a DTI to get TDC exactly you can then set the position and clearance of the sensor with this mark. You can proably then verify this by marking the pulley 15 degrees in advance and using a strobe. (Advance at 850 to 950 rpm is 15 degrees +/- 2 degrees. |
